Weltkonjunktur im Frühjahr 2015 - Weltkonjunktur zieht allmählich an

Abstract

Die weltwirtschaftliche Dynamik wird sich in diesem und im nächsten Jahr verstärken. Der Anstieg der Weltproduktion gerechnet auf Basis von Kaufkraftparitäten wird sich von 3,5 Prozent im vergangenen Jahr auf 3,7 Prozent bzw. 4,0 Prozent in den Jahren 2015 und 2016 erhöhen. Höhere Zuwachsraten sind vor allem für die fortgeschrittenen Volkswirtschaften zu erwarten. Die Geldpolitik ist weiter sehr expansiv, und der gesunkene Ölpreis wirkt anregend. Hinzu kommt, dass die Entschuldungsprozesse im privaten Sektor inzwischen in wichtigen Ländern weit fortgeschritten sind. Die Schwellenländer werden zwar von der stärkeren Nachfrage in den fortgeschrittenen Volkswirtschaften profitieren. In China verlangsamt sich das Expansionstempo allerdings in der Tendenz weiter, und strukturelle Probleme sowie die erheblich gesunkenen Rohstoffpreise belasten die Entwicklung in Lateinamerika und Russland, wo sie krisenhafte Züge annimmt.
