Konjunktur in Deutschland schwächt sich deutlich ab

Abstract

Die deutsche Wirtschaft ist mit viel Schwung in das Jahr 2008 gestartet, bedingt allerdings nicht zuletzt durch eine Reihe von Sonderfaktoren. Im weiteren Jahresverlauf wird sich die Konjunktur merklich abkühlen, da die Impulse aus dem Ausland nachlassen, die Investitionsdynamik geringer wird und die Verbraucher sich nach dem Schub bei den Energiekosten mit Käufen zurückhalten. Auch der Aufschwung am Arbeitsmarkt geht zu Ende. Mit der leichten Belebung der Weltkonjunktur im nächsten Jahr dürfte sich die Konjunktur in Deutschland wieder etwas erholen. Wir revidieren unsere Prognose für den Anstieg des realen Bruttoinlandsprodukts im Jahr 2008 von 1,9 auf 2,1 Prozent und senken die Prognose für das Jahr 2009 von 1,2 auf 1,0 Prozent.
