Age Management in der ambulanten Pflege: Unterstützung älterer Pflegekräfte bei Digitalisierungsprozessen

Abstract

Der Beitrag diskutiert die Frage, wie Age Management in der ambulanten Pflege gestaltet werden sollte, um ältere Pflegekräfte im Hinblick auf die zunehmende Digitalisierung zu unterstützen. Die bestehende Diskussion zu den Auswirkungen der Digitalisierung auf Pflegetätigkeiten und -organisation wird mit der Perspektive des Age Managements um eine Facette erweitert, die bislang vergleichsweise wenig Aufmerksamkeit erhält. Ausgewählte Maßnahmen des Age Managements weisen Anknüpfungspunkte auf, ältere Pflegekräfte in der ambulanten Pflege dabei zu unterstützen, den Auswirkungen der Digitalisierung im Bereich der Pflegeplanung und Pflegeprozessorganisation zu begegnen. Besonders "awareness-raising" und "changing-attitudes" spielen - auch, aber nicht nur mit Blick auf ältere MitarbeiterInnen - im Zuge von Prozess- und Organisationsveränderungen eine große Rolle. Lebenslanges und gemeinsames, altersunabhängiges Lernen kann zur Steigerung der Altersdiversität, MitarbeiterInnenmotivation und des Wissenstransfers beitragen. Den Vorgesetzten und Führungskräften kommt eine zentrale Stellung zu: alle Maßnahmen des Age Managements müssen von ihnen ausgehen.
