Partizipation und Reproduktion: Fach- und Führungskräfte als arbeits- und geschlechterpolitische Akteure der Deutschen Bahn AG

Abstract

Kosten- und daraus resultierender Leistungsdruck, die Selbstverantwortlichkeit für einen Unternehmensbereich parallel zu den gewachsenen Möglichkeiten mobiler Erreichbarkeit verursachen eine anhaltende Reproduktionskrise bei Fachund Führungskräften. Sie reagieren auf diese geänderten Bedingungen, das zeigen Interviews mit Fach- und Führungskräften aus drei Bereichen der Deutschen Bahn AG, indem sie sich auf die Vereinbarkeit von Beruf und Familie konzentrieren und ihre Partizipationsansprüche auf ihr betriebliches Nahumfeld verengen.
