Arbeit und Geschlecht: Die Geschlechterperspektive in der Auseinandersetzung mit Arbeit – aktuelle Fragen und Herausforderungen

Abstract

Das Working Paper liefert Impulse, Perspektiven und Überlegungen zu einem fundierten und verlässlichen Orientierungsrahmen von guter, geschlechtergerechter Arbeit. Gerade in Zeiten von Umbrüchen wie der Digitalisierung können unter bestimmten Bedingungen Chancen für Veränderungen im Geschlechterverhältnis entstehen, jedoch auch Risiken. Die aktuelle Herausforderung besteht darin, die Geschlechterperspektive intensiver und differenzierter in die Debatten, in die Forschung und die Forschungsförderung zur Zukunft der Arbeit und zu guter Arbeit aufzunehmen.
