Abstract

Bu notta islenmemis gida fiyatlarindaki oynaklik AB uyesi ulkelerle kiyaslanarak Turkiye’ye iliskin durum tespiti yapilmaya calisilmaktadir. Bulgular islenmemis gida fiyatlarindaki oynakligin boyutunun Turkiye’de diger ulkelere kiyasla belirgin bir olcude yuksek olduguna isaret etmektedir. Bu durum fiyat istikrarina giden yolda yapisal duzenlemelerin onemine dikkat cekmektedir.
