Abstract

Este artículo describe los problemas de Rusia la creación de infraestructura regional de distribución de asistencia alimentaria (FAD) para la población en necesidad. Este artículo proporciona un programa , en el ámbito del apoyo estatal - garantías estatales de ayuda alimentaria - la formación de asociaciones públicoprivadas para organizar el funcionamiento de la empresa en los complejos de infraestructura. En el cambio de la tecnología de venta - el centro de logística operativa (OLC) introducción a la cadena alimentaria que permitirá a los productores para aumentar el volumen de productos vendibles a través de redes comerciales en sintonía con los requisitos tecnológicos Abstract. This article describes the problems of Russia and countries wthe state support for domestic producers within the "green box" of the WTO; use of unsuitable land for organic farming, Abstract. In the area of domestic food aid to the population - the formation of public-private partnership in the creation and organization of functioning of the enterprises infrastructure complex, changing the structure of assets, primarily allocated to direct support for farmers, co-ordination of interaction between participants, members of the industrial, social, credit and financial and trade sphere, functioning settlement and payment system. In the science and technology field - development of infrastructure power industry, technological equipment of the cooking process by eliminating losses in the individual process stages. The resource base of food development - an increase in agricultural production, increasing the production capacity of the processing enterprises, optimize the flow of food in the technological cycle. The changing architecture of the sales process - the introduction of the food production chain and logistics centers (PLC), which will allow manufacturers, bypassing the retail chains, to increase the volume of conditioned food corresponding to the technological requirements
