Abstract

The sales volume through the networks is growing in Russian in presence of the conflict of interests of the trade networks and the foodstuff producers. The following regulation measures are proposed for settling the conflict: making contracts between the regional departments, producers of the local goods and network structures for purchasing the fixed share of the certain group of goods turnover, about the «shelf» space for the goods of local production, which will reduce the acuteness of contradictions. It is proposed to use the network potentialfor supporting the local agriculture within the frame of the «green basket» in the system of social catering. The possibility of coordination of the activity of the market participants is examined within the implementation of the pilot projects, as well as establishing of the suburban farming infrastructure and development of the foodstuff cluster.
