WTO rules allow in the "green box" to use the soil unfit for intensive use, for organic farming, production of environmentally friendly products for healthy nutrition of the population in need. The amount of state producers is not limited. Consequently, the instruments of state can create mechanism of assistance to farmers, leading to the production of degraded soils as a result of the inefficient use of natural factors in human beings. At the same time solve the issues of social protection of the population and the use of soils derived from trafficking as a resource for organic farming, environmentally friendly source of food.
