Asimetrías provinciales en la Argentina del siglo XXI: ¿cómo se relacionan el desarrollo desigual y las disparidades en ciencia, tecnología e innovación?

Abstract

En el trabajo realizamos una revisión de los estudios cuantitativos que dan cuenta de las desigualdades o brechas regionales en Argentina, tanto en términos de desarrollo socio-económico como del desarrollo del sistema científico-tecnológico regional. Esta revisión permite no sólo repasar los antecedentes empíricos relacionados con las asimetrías regionales en el país, sino introducir, en particular, los estudios que luego son utilizados como insumos para construir las "meta-tipologías". En el apartado metodológico explicamos las técnicas de análisis cluster que se emplean para obtener las nuevas clasificaciones y, por último, exponemos los resultados y reflexiones que se desprenden del análisis realizado.
