Exploring External Data to Enhance Monitoring and Evaluation of WHD’s Compliance Strategies

Abstract

This report describes opportunities and limitations of the Wage and Hour Division’s internal case management system, the Wage and Hour Investigative Support and Reporting Database (WHISARD), and a selection of external data sources for evaluation. The study team explored how external data can be integrated with WHISARD data, and the limitations of doing so.
