Abstract

l'objectif de cet article est de faire une rétrospective historique et séquentielle, sur une séquence spécifique du développement d'Amazon sur le marché international à travers la mobilisation des ressources juridique, l'objectif de l'article étant de démontrer que cette mobilisation des ressources juridique est l'un des facteurs ayant aidé Amazon à acquérir et développé un coeur de compétence au sein de son système logistique et d'avoir un avantage concurrentiel par rapport à ses concurrents. Notre travail se veut rétrospectif et explicatif, avec comme objectif de décrire au lecteur l'importance qu'a le droit de la propriété intellectuelle mais aussi d'autres domaines juridiques, dans la stratégie d'affaire, les rapports de concurrence et la volonté d'obtenir des avantages concurrentiels.
