The Use of Digital for Public Service Provision in Sub-Saharan Africa

Abstract

The objective of this report is to provide an in-depth review of the digitization of public service provision in Sub-Saharan Africa in general and West Africa in particular by highlighting both the opportunities and the challenges faced by digital initiatives multiplication in the region.
