Abstract

Variété des formes d'accompagnement du créateur d'entreprise : quand la dimension interpersonnelle devient prégnante 1. Les fondements de la réflexion Selon Paturel et Masmoudi (2005), 70 à 85 % des nouvelles entreprises survivent grâce à un accompagnement alors que celles qui choisissent de se développer sans encadrement connaissent un taux de survie de 50%. Ces propos corroborent ceux de Viennet, qui martelait déjà l'opinion il y a près de vingt ans en affirmant que l'accompagnement fait la différence entre le succès et l'échec de l'entreprise : « le coefficient de survie à quatre ans des entreprises qui prennent la précaution de s'entourer de conseils de spécialistes dépasse de 12 à 17 points celui des entreprises qui dédaignent ces avis » (Viennet, 1990). Les rares enquêtes ou travaux réalisés sur l'accompagnement vont tous dans le même sens d'une corrélation positive entre accompagnement et pérennité (Sammut, 1995 ; Hernandez, 1999 ; Chabaud et alii, 2003). Le rapport Hurel (2002) fait état de 6 réseaux d'accompagnement « officiels », représentant quelques 700 implantations locales : le réseau des CCI (Entreprendre en France), celui des chambres des métiers, France active, le réseau des boutiques de gestion, France Initiative Réseau, l'ADIE 1 … Ces réseaux ont le mérite d'exister mais la question est de savoir si les créateurs les considèrent comme un élément incontournable de l'accompagnement tel qu'ils le souhaiteraient.
