Abstract

Dans le cadre d'une recherche-intervention menée sur une période de 3 ans au sein de la Fédération Française de Rugby, cet article propose de suivre la construction d'une politique sportive, en considérant cette dernière comme un instrument de gestion. Cette approche originale permet un regard novateur, tant théorique que managérial, autour de la construction d'une politique sportive. Aussi elle met en évidence tout l'intérêt d'une lecture dynamique de la mise en place des instruments de gestion.
