Abstract

Malgré les turbulences de l'environnement et l'inexorabilité du changement, certaines entreprises restent " obnubilées " par la gestion du quotidien et l'utilisation purement technique d'outils de gestion. A partir d'un cas d'entreprise, nous proposons de montrer comment une rupture avec ces pratiques permet de rendre plus pertinents et efficaces les outils de gestion et d'améliorer les performances de l'entreprise.
