Abstract

Les pays du BRICS se caractérisent par un fort développement économique et démographique. Le groupe est devenu une réalité politique, une organisation informelle de concertation et d'action communes, qui cherche à renforcer leur poids politique et géostratégique commune sur les pays développés. Depuis 2012, il a établi les principaux principes de leurs actions lors du Sommet de Dehli (mars 2012). Il. est porteur d'une critique de la gouvernance mondiale. L'importance de l'organisation informelle BRICS n'empêche pas les divergences et les points d'interrogation. Avec la nouvelle crise économique mondiale, leurs liens se sont un peu distendus, mais leur capacité à agir ensemble dépend surtout de leur action commune.
