Abstract

L'intégration régionale est un fait saillant des relations économiques internationales contemporaines. Depuis deux décennies, une nouvelle vague d'accords régionaux est constatée. Ce "nouveau régionalisme" touche l'ensemble des régions du monde et ne se résume pas à une simple régulation des flux. Les explications sont multiples : de la remise en cause des organisations internationales (dont l'O.M.C.) à l'ouverture économique des pays en rattrapage, vecteur d'un régionalisme "développemental", en passant notamment par les effets de la disparition du bipolarisme et par la nécessité de produire des biens publics régionaux. Une série de travaux récents cherchent à classifier cette nouvelle donne des relations internationales.
