Acceso a servicios de salud: Panorama colombiano, medición y perspectiva de actores en Medellín

Abstract

El plan de desarrollo de Medellín 2012-2015 reconoce dificultades y se propone gestionar y supervisar el acceso por medio de la planeación, la coordinación de actores y el seguimiento a la prestación de servicios. En el marco de este objetivo, en esta Observación se presentan los resultados de una primera fase de la investigación para caracterizar el acceso y proponer un modelo para el monitoreo y la vigilancia. Se revisa el panorama nacional, en cuanto a política e indicadores básicos, y se analiza la situación de Medellín con algunos datos y contando con la visión de actores.
