Abstract

Zusammenfassung Als wichtigster Schritt des Online-Marketings wird der Aufbau und die Pflege einer „eigenen“ Website gesehen – speziell für Anbieter von Waren- und Dienstleistungen in Webshops. Im nachfolgenden Kapitel erfolgt die praxisrelevante Aufbereitung von Ergebnissen und Erfolgszusammenhängen zum Thema Website mit Fokus auf Webshops. Die innovativen Erkenntnisse, stammen vornehmlich aus komplexer wissenschaftlicher Forschung. Herausgearbeitet werden Management-Tipps als mögliche Ansatzpunkte für ein innovatives und effektiveres Marketing und Management, für einen etwaigen Vorteil – nicht nur im Wettbewerb mit allein ca. 625.000 Online-Webshops im deutschsprachigen Raum.
