Abstract

[Einleitung ...] Ziel des vorliegenden Monitoringberichts ist es, die Branche Kultur- und Kreativwirtschaft möglichst transparent und einheitlich, auch im Zeitverlauf, darzustellen. Hierzu werden die Daten der vergangenen Jahre ständig überprüft und ggf. aktualisiert. Vorgenommene eigene Schätzungen werden, sobald vorhanden, durch realisierte Werte aus der amtlichen Statistik ersetzt. Da offizielle Statistiken oft nur mit einer gewissen zeitlichen Verzögerung veröffentlicht werden, ist es notwendig, insbesondere Datenpunkte am aktuellen Rand, also im diesjährigen Bericht für das Jahr 2018, teilweise oder ganz zu schätzen. Hierzu wurde ein am ZEW entwickeltes Prognosemodell eingesetzt. Alle geschätzten Werte sind entsprechend gekennzeichnet.
