Abstract

Die neue Arbeitswelt erfordert eine erhöhte Arbeitsmarktflexibilität. Daraus ergeben sich veränderte Anforderungen an die soziale Absicherung. Aus den internationalen Erfahrungen mit "Flexicurity"-Strategien werden arbeitsmarkt- und sozialpolitische Reformvorschläge für Österreich erarbeitet.
