Innovationstätigkeit von Unternehmen : die Rolle von Qualifikationen, Kooperationen und Clusterpolitik

Abstract

Die vorliegende Studie wurde im Arbeitsbereich Humankapital und Innovation erstellt und im Dezember 2010 abgeschlossen. Sie wurde durch das Bayerische Staatsministerium für Wirtschaft, Infrastruktur, Verkehr und Technologie gefördert. Gegenstand der Studie ist es, die Innovationstätigkeit von Unternehmen aus verschiedenen Perspektiven zu beleuchten. Hierzu werden Unterschiede im Humankapital der Belegschaft und im Kooperationsverhalten der Unternehmen im Innovationsprozess betrachtet und ihr Zusammenhang mit der Innovationstätigkeit der Unternehmen untersucht. Außerdem werden mögliche Auswirkungen institutioneller Rahmenbedingungen am Beispiel von Clusterpolitiken in Deutschland diskutiert, wobei exemplarisch der Effekt der Bayerischen High-Tech-Offensive auf die Innovationstätigkeit von Unternehmen quantitativ analysiert wird.
