Verificación de diferencias estadísticas en los mecanismos de determinación de los ingresos entre sectores mediante la forma reducida de un modelo de capital humano

Abstract

En este artículo se deriva un modelo de capital humano compuesto de un sistema de dos ecuaciones. Se procede a estimar la forma reducida debido a que la calidad de las variables instrumentales no permitió realizar estimaciones de los parámetros estructurales. Con el objeto de investigar la existencia de diferencias estadísticas en los mecanismos de determinación de los ingresos entre los diversos sectores de la economía, se procedió a efectuar tests de Chow con diversos segmentos de la muestra. La conclusión principal dice relación con la homogeneidad de los mecanismos de determinación de los ingresos en toda la economía.
