Analiza funkcjonowania technologii informacyjnych w administracji publicznej

Abstract

E-administracja skierowana na zwiększenie efektywności działań w procesach administracyjnych stanowi ważne narzędzie poprawy jakości usług publicznych. Wdrożenie w administracji publicznej nowoczesnych technologii informacyjno-telekomunikacyjnych usprawnia funkcjonowanie urzędów i powoduje wzrost dostępności do bardziej niezawodnych form świadczenia usług. W artykule, po uprzednim wskazaniu istoty oraz historii rozwoju e-administracji w Polsce, poddano ocenie wykorzystanie usług administracji elektronicznej zarówno przez osoby prywatne, jak i przedsiębiorców.
