The Role Of The Culture In The Innovation Management

Abstract

At the rhythm in which the society is advancing right now innovation seems to be the key for the survival of most companies on the market, since differentiation by cost is only a matter for the big, representative firms in most sectors. But, even so, innovation alone doesn`t really help a firm if it is not linked with the client`s expectations, a very important role is played here by the culture produced in that area. Thus for a company to be competitive and win market shares innovation must come not only with a sense of creativity but also in a direct correlation with the culture present in the region.
