Abstract

[eng] Rational behaviour for labor market segmentation . . The aim of this paper is to give proper microeconomic foundations to labour market dualism, using the concepts of exit and voice [Hirschman (1970)] as alternative types of relationships on the labour market.. This allows us to explain the distribution of firms on the two sectors and to show the existence of several types of dualism.
