Abstract

[fre] De l'école à l'emploi :des parcours de plus en plus complexes a transition de l'école à l'emploi a,depuis longtemps en France,fait l'objet d'études approfondies,notamment dans le cadre du Bilan Formation-Emploi qui est un instrument d 'analyse partagé depuis plus de 30 ans associant principalement le Céreq,l'Insee et les ministères de l'Éducation et du Travail (cf.encadré).Deux dossiers d'Économie et Statistique s'inspirant des derniers bilans sont consacrés à ces questions : le premier,dans ce numéro,se focalise sur les trajectoires des jeunes juste après leur sortie du système éducatif.Le second,à paraître d'ici la fin de l'année 2005,sera plus centré sur les liens entre la formation reçue et les caractéristiques des emplois occupés. Que peut-on retenir d 'essentiel de cette première livraison d 'articles ?D'abord le fait que les débuts de vie active ne différencient pas les parcours individuels seulement de façon transitoire,mais qu 'ils ont un impact important sur les trajectoires professionnelles ultérieures.Cet impact varie selon le pays,et diffère pour les garçons ou les filles,sans que les modèles théoriques puissent totalement expliquer cette diversité. Par ailleurs,même si une majorité de jeunes accède rapidement à l'emploi,les parcours d'insertion professionnelle deviennent plus complexes.Influencés par la conjoncture,ils sont aussi sensibles au contexte local et institutionnel.
