Intencje emerytalne w kontekście finansowych i pozafinansowych warunków pracy

Abstract

W kontekście starzenia się polskiego społeczeństwa coraz większego znaczenia nabierają intencje emerytalne starszych pracowników, których odsetek regularnie rośnie. Dlatego rozważania w artykule koncentrują się na finansowych i pozafinansowych warunkach zatrudnienia, determinujących chęć szybkiego zaprzestania aktywności zawodowej. Sformułowano następującą hipotezę badawczą: warunki pracy w Polsce odgrywają istotną rolę w kształtowaniu skłonności starszych pracowników do przechodzenia na emeryturę tak szybko, jak to możliwe. Do oceny, jak różne aspekty środowiska pracy wpływają na intencje emerytalne, zastosowano model regresji logistycznej oraz test istotności chi-kwadrat. Wyniki przeprowadzonego pod koniec 2021 r. badania własnego wskazują, że kluczowe są wybrane czynniki pozafinansowe, do których należą: zachęty przełożonych, zaangażowanie w pracę, niedostosowanie warunków pracy do potrzeb i możliwości pracowników w starszym wieku oraz konflikty i brak porozumienia z młodszymi współpracownikami.
