Abstract

A gyors népességöregedés miatt a magyar tb-nyugdíjrendszer fenntartása lényeges változtatásokat igényel. Kézenfekvő, hogy a járulékkulcs és az általános nyugdíjkorhatár emelésén túl csökkenteni kell a nyugdíjak relatív szintjét, különösen a magasakét. A kiigazítást megnehezíti, hogy ez erősítené a degresszivitást, és a már megállapított nyugdíjak reálértéke az alaptövény szerint nem csökkenthető.
