Hogyan hat a nyugdíjszabályok hiányos ismerete a dolgozók döntéseire?
[How does imperfect knowledge of pension rules affect workers decisions?]

Abstract

A jelen cikk első része Benitez-Silva és szerzőtársai [2009] tanulmányát ismerteti, amely azt dokumentálta, hogy mennyire pontatlanul ismerik az amerikai dolgozók a tb-nyugdíjszabályokat. A szerzők e hiányos tudást figyelembe véve modellezték az amerikai dolgozók nyugdíjdöntéseit. E tanulmányt próbálja magyar helyzetre adaptálni a cikk második része. Vázolja bizonyos nyugdíjszabályok hiányos ismeretére vonatkozó korábbi felmérések eredményeit, s további sejtéseket fogalmaz meg. Két keretmodellben írja le, hogy miként hat a nyugdíjszabályok hiányos ismerete az egyéni döntésekre, végül három minimális modellel szemlélteti e hiányok hatását. A Függelék áttekinti a hazai főszabályok állandó változását. Journal of Economic Literature (JEL) kód: H31, J33.
