A második világháborút követő gazdasági paradigmaváltáshoz vezető út Franciaországban
[Road to the economic paradigm shift in France after World War II]

Abstract

A 2008. évi gazdasági világválságot követően a közgazdászok és politikusok számottevő része a paradigmaváltás szükségességéről beszélt. A koronavírus-válság csak megerősítette az állam gazdaságban betöltött szerepének és a paradigmaváltásnak a fontosságát. Kérdésként merül azonban fel, hogy mit nevezünk egyáltalán paradigmának, illetve paradigmaváltásnak a közgazdaságtanban. Ennek megválaszolásához a Peter Halls által felállított három, rendszerszintű közpolitikai változás folyamatát és annak kritikai észrevételeit hívjuk segítségül. Magát a paradigmaváltás folyamatát pedig a második világháború utáni Franciaország példáján keresztül vizsgáljuk meg. Hipotézisünk szerint ugyanis Franciaországra a második világháborút megelőzően egy liberális gazdaságpolitikai berendezkedés volt jellemző, és csupán az 1940-es években történt gazdasági paradigmaváltás során került előtérbe a dirigista (etatista) gazdaságpolitika koncepciója. Kérdés azonban, hogy hallsi értelemben beszélhetünk-e egyáltalán paradigmaváltásról Franciaországban. Tanulmányunk végén pedig a paradigmaváltással kapcsolatosan új elemként próbáljuk meg beemelni a közgazdasági oktatás kérdését, ugyanis egyetlen paradigmaváltás sem lehet sikeres és tartós, ha nem teremtjük meg a szükséges szakmai utánpótlást, így röviden felvázoljuk, hogy milyen gazdaságelméleti változások mentek végbe az elitképzés terén Franciaországban.
