La governance delle reti cliniche in un contesto di trasformazione istituzionale: il caso della Rete Oncologica Veneta

Abstract

L?articolo studia le reti cliniche e, in particolare, i mandated network. L?obiettivo e quello di verificare come il funzionamento di una rete clinica possa essere influenzato dalle dinamiche che attraversano un sistema regionale e dagli equilibri che vi si instaurano e al contempo indagare il ruolo della rete nella governance regionale. L?oggetto di indagine e la Rete Oncologica Veneta. La metodologia utilizzata e quella dello studio di caso, effettuato tramite interviste semi-strutturate agli stakeholder dei vari livelli istituzionali coinvolti nella rete. Dai risultati emerge che all?interno del sistema veneto e stato trovato un equilibrio in termini di dinamiche di potere tra i diversi livelli coinvolti e che all?interno della rete il funzionamento e garantito dalla presenza di governance mode diversi.
