Giovani, background migratorio e ingresso nel mercato del lavoro regionale

Abstract

Questo articolo sfrutta il potenziale informativo di dati amministrativi sull?occupazione in Veneto per proporre una fotografia sulle modalit? di ingresso dei giovani nel mercato del lavoro regionale ponendo un particolare focus sulla componente con background migrato- rio, strategica tanto in termini teorici quanto nel contributo effettivo alle dinamiche del si- stema d?impiego. Gli interrogativi che si pone sono: come si connotano le opportunit? di inserimento occupazionale alla luce del background migratorio? In che misura l?anzianit? migratoria favorisce le traiettorie pi? continuative e stabili? Quali gli eventuali pattern di mobilit? sociale? L?articolo dapprima descrive il contesto regionale evidenziandone la va- lenza di ?caso studio? nella disamina dell?evoluzione della partecipazione immigrata al la- voro, poi presenta le scelte metodologiche adottate e, infine, descrive le tipologie di traiet- torie identificate investigando le opportunit? di mobilit? per la componente immigrata.
