L?inclusione lavorativa dei rifugiati fuori dall?accoglienza: snodi, risorse e ambivalenze

Abstract

Questo contributo nasce da una ricerca condotta nella Provincia Autonoma di Trento, volta ad esplorare le traiettorie lavorative di rifugiati e richiedenti asilo al di fuori del sistema di accoglienza. Il mercato del lavoro locale ? avido di forza lavoro da impiegare in lavori stagionali e rappresenta un?attrattiva forte, ma fragile. In questa situazione, i rifugiati e i richiedenti asilo fruiscono di alcune risorse del territorio tese a promuovere la loro inclusione lavorativa e sociale. Tuttavia, tali risorse non solo sono diversamente disponibili e accessibili a seconda del capitale sociale e culturale riconosciuto ai migranti, dello status giuridico, dell?esperienza e del luogo di accoglienza, ma presentano anche delle ambivalenze: se da un lato sono ?boe? che li sostengono, dall?altro sono ?reti? che li intrappolano in una condizione di precariet?, tuttavia non in grado di inibire completamente la loro agency.
