Digital Marketing and Digital Logistics in Consumer Communication

Abstract

The article discloses characteristics of consumer value of goods; it highlights the problem of choosing target audiences for particular product groups. According to the authors’ position presented in the paper, there is no market without marketing and logistics, since it is marketing and logistics that make demand management. The article reveals characteristics of the contemporary consumer and presents the analysis of market needs which allow satisfying customer needs.
