Abstract

Presently, a method for determining pulverized coal burnout rate (PCBR) was developed on kinetics combustion model. Proposed method can promptly track influence of air coal ratio (ACR), boiler load, uniformity index (UI), coal powder fineness (CPF), particle size, and air powder mixing uniformity (PMUC) on PCBR. Moreover, developed method with fewer computations, time-saving, simplicity and low-cost can be exploited to diagnose decreasing causation of combustion efficiency.
