Abstract

(VF)La question de la combinaison de l’affrontement et de la coopération dans les stratégies concurrentielles est ici traitée du point de vue des séquences stratégiques multidimensionnelles (SSM). Il s’agit de successions d’actions et de réactions stratégiques de firmes opérant sur un marché ou plusieurs marchés, développées selon trois types de stratégies:sur le marché, de définition des marchés et hors-marché. La méthodologie de la « narration analytique », (narration structurée par le recours aux moments critiques), est appliquée à une étude de cas. (VA)The paper examines the issue of combining attitudes of competition and cooperation in business strategies from the perspective of multidimensional strategic sequences (SSM). The latter are defined as a series of strategic initiatives and reactions from corporations, which operate in one or several markets. The SSM unfold according to three main strategies:pure market, redefining market boundaries and non market. A research design called the « analytical narrative » (narrative structured according to critical stages) is applied to a case study.
