Abstract

A synthetic bibliographic analysis of the main researches concerning services activities indicates the limits for the strategic problematic. In this article, a critical study proposes a general point of view, which articulates the questions of services researches. This point of view conceives service activity as a delegation and allows the exploration of two generic questions for strategic management in services activities:how to manage a sustainable value constellation and develop strategic actors.
