Allmähliche Erholung in Europas Bauwirtschaft

Abstract

Nach drei Jahren mit nur schwachem Wachstum des Bauvolumens kann der europäische Bausektor wieder auf etwas bessere Zeiten hoffen: Für das laufende Jahr wird in den 19 Ländern, die in der Euroconstruct-Gruppe zusammenarbeiten, ein Bauwachstum von fast 2% erwartet. Zwar dürfte die Aufwärtsentwicklung 2005 etwas abflachen (rund + 1½%), aber im Ausblick auf 2006 wird wieder von einer leichten Beschleunigung ausgegangen (erneut + 2%). Insgesamt wird das Bauvolumen in Europa im Prognosezeitraum (2004 bis 2006) um mehr als 57 Mrd. € zulegen.
