Die Privatisierung der öffentlichen Arbeitsverwaltung am Beispiel Australiens

Abstract

Die Stärkung privater Strukturen in der Arbeitsverwaltung steht nicht nur in Deutschland als Folge der Hartz-Kommission im Zentrum des politischen Interesses. Andere Länder, beispielweise Australien, haben diesbezüglich schon weitreichende Reformen implementiert. Daher lohnt ein Blick auf die andere Seite des Globus. Das Discussion Paper stellt zum einen die neuen Institutionen, Vergabeverfahren und Anreizsysteme der Arbeitsverwaltung in Australien dar. Zum anderen wird eine erste Analyse der Erfahrungen vor dem theoretischen Hintergrund der Neuen Institutionenökonomik vorgenommen.
