Effekte von Erhebungsart und -zeitpunkt auf studentische Evaluationsergebnisse

Abstract

Es gibt keine einheitliche Praxis hinsichtlich der methodischen Konzeption und des Zeitpunkts der Datenerhebung bei studentischen Lehrveranstaltungsevaluationen. Um den Einfluss solcher Aspekte zu untersuchen, wurden in 18 Wirtschaftsvorlesungen der Westfälischen Wilhelms-Universität Münster neben der offiziellen schriftlichen Befragung der Studierenden (Papier-Evaluation) zu mehreren Zeitpunkten Online-Befragungen durchgeführt. Signifikante systematische Unterschiede wurden vor allem zwischen Bewertungen, die zu verschiedenen Zeitpunkten erhoben wurden, gefunden. Im gleichen Zeitraum durchgeführte Online- und Papier-Evaluationen führten trotz deutlicher Unterschiede in den Rücklaufquoten zu hochgradig korrelierten Ergebnissen in fast allen Bewertungskategorien.
