Aktive Arbeitsmarktpolitik: Maßnahmen, Zielsetzungen, Wirkungen

Abstract

Arbeitslosigkeit und insbesondere Jugendarbeitslosigkeit stellt eine der größten wirtschaftsund sozialpolitischen Herausforderungen dar. Maßnahmen der aktiven Arbeitsmarktpolitik (AAMP) - wie Fortbildung, Lohnsubventionen und öffentliche Beschäftigungsförderung für Arbeitsuchende - gelten als ein mögliches Mittel zur Bekämpfung konjunkturell und strukturell bedingter Arbeitslosigkeit. Insbesondere vor dem Hintergrund der Finanzmarktund Staatsschuldenkrisen und damit einhergehenden adversen Arbeitsmarktentwicklungen in vielen europäischen Ländern ist es daher von Interesse, die Evidenz zur Wirksamkeit von AAMP zu diskutieren.
