Zur Messung der Lohndifferenzierung mit Entropiemaßen

Abstract

In dieser Arbeit wird die Entwicklung der intersektoralen Lohnstruktur in der BRD untersucht. Als Ziel weiterer Arbeiten steht dabei auch die Erklärung des Mismatchparameters für den Arbeitsmarkt in Mengenrationierungsmodellen im Hintergrund. Hier wird zunächst axiomatisch ein Dispersionsmaß hergeleitet, das im wesentlichen auf der Entropiefunktion beruht. Es werden nichtparametrische Verfahren getestet und angewandt, die eine Beurteilung der Güte der berechneten Maßzahlen erlauben. Mit diesem Instrumentarium wird die Entwicklung der sektoralen Lohnstruktur in der BRD von 1970 bis 1989 analysiert. Insbesondere wird dabei die durch Betrachtung des ariationskoemzienten induzierte Hypothese einer stetig zunehmenden intersektoralen Lohndifferenzierung verworfen.
