Zu den Budgetzielen in den Anpassungsprogrammen für Griechenland

Abstract

Zu Beginn des Jahres wurde ein zweites Anpassungsprogramm, das vorwiegend über die EFSF und zu einem geringeren Teil vom IWF finanziert wird, für die griechische Volkswirtschaft aufgelegt. Das erste Anpassungsprogramm aus dem Jahr 2010, das den griechischen Staat 2013 wieder an die Finanzmärkte führen sollte, hatte sich als unzureichend erwiesen. Derzeit mehren sich wieder die Zweifel, ob das jüngste Anpassungsprogramm wie vorgesehen umgesetzt wird. Im Folgenden soll die Differenz zwischen den Budgetplänen der Anpassungsprogramme und dem tatsächlichem Budgetverlauf dargestellt werden.
