Amazonismus. Management im digitalen Kapitalismus

Abstract

In jeder Phase des Kapitalismus dominieren bestimmte Strategien, mit denen auf verschiedenen gesellschaftlichen Ebenen auf strukturelle Probleme im Kapitalismus reagiert wird. Nach dem Fordismus, der sich in den USA nach 1913 entwickelte, begann Mitte der 1970er Jahre der Post-Fordismus, dem sich nun der digitale Kapitalismus anschließt. Offen ist, welches Geschäftsmodell und welche Arbeitsorganisation im digitalen Kapitalismus dominieren werden. Amazonismus ist eine mögliche Variante, die jedoch umkämpft ist. Amazonismus steht für einen proprietären Markt und Lean Management, das die Beschäftigten nur bedingt in die Gestaltung der Arbeit einbindet und die Zusammenarbeit mit Gewerkschaften ablehnt.
