Abstract

Ce chapitre de livre relève est le résultat d'une recherche ethnographique comparée en cours sur l'organisation du travail, les politiques managériales et les relations professionnelles dans les réseaux logistique d'Amazon en France et en Italie. A partir des concepts d'autonomie relative du lieu de travail (Burawoy 1979) et de la dialectique entre consentement et contrainte dans l'échange politique (Burawoy and Wright 1990) ce texte montre comment une entreprise multinationale déploies ses politiques globales de gestions mais qui trouve aussi des résistances dans les contextes institutionnels locaux, au niveau national et de site. La réponse du management locale varie donc en réponse des contraintes locales et des variétés de gestion prennent ainsi forme.
