Anwendungsfelder mobiler Energiespeicher - Eine Bestandsaufnahme und Perspektiven für die Konzeption aussichtsreicher Geschäftsmodelle für Elektrofahrzeuge

Abstract

Dieses Arbeitspapier zeigt einen Überblick über die Anwendungsfelder für mobile Energiespeicher auf. Diese spannen sich in eine Vier-Felder-Matrix auf und betrachten sowohl die Möglichkeit zur Erbringung von Systemdienstleistungen als auch die Einbindung von erneuerbaren Energien. Davon ausgehend werden mögliche Varianten abgeleitet, die den Einsatz von Elektromobilen auf privater, halböffentlicher und öffentlicher Ebene darstellen sowie Batteriewechselstationen. Es wird analysiert wie neue, innovative Geschäftsmodelle, die so genannten dienstleistungsbasierten Geschäftsmodelle, die Verbreitung von Elektromobilen unterstützen können und mittels des morphologischen Kastens eine methodische Darstellung für die Ausgestaltung von Geschäftsmodellen abgeleitet. Für mobile Energiespeicher setzt sich dieser bausteinartig aus den drei Komponenten Fahrzeug und Batterie, Infrastruktur sowie Systemintegration zusammen. Die vier Anwendungsfelder werden entsprechend der Varianten immorphologischen Kasten abgebildet. Für die Varianten des jeweiligen Anwendungsfeldes existieren wenige, bereits fixe und eindeutige Gestaltungsmerkmale, einige sind jedoch noch variabel und können über die Wahl von spezifischen Geschäftsmodellen definiert werden.
