Segregación ocupacional de la mujer en el mercado de trabajo del Uruguay (1986-1997)

Abstract

El principal objetivo de este trabajo fue analizar la evolución de la segregación ocupacional por género en Uruguay y en particular si esta evolución estuvo asociada a la tendencia en el diferencial de salarios entre hombres y mujeres. Existe un alto nivel de segregación en Uruguay y no existirron cambios de importancia en los noventa.
