Abstract

In this paper, the main approaches to the construction of ratings of innovative development are analyzed, the experience of foreign ranking of countries and regions is considered. The analysis of Russian ratings is carried out and their applicability is estimated. Conclusions are drawn based on the results of a comparative analysis of Russian and foreign rankings.
